Derby County is keen on signing Bobby Clark from Red Bull Salzburg, but the Austrian club is under contract with him for another three seasons. Clark impressed in the Championship last term, earning a nomination for the Young Player of the Season award. Speaking in April, John Eustace said he hoped that Clark would return to the club permanently. Clark improved quickly after no pre-season preparation and ended up making 33 starts. However, that has not gone unnoticed with the Rams' rivals and after one report suggesting West Ham could be interested, DerbyshireLive has learned they aren't the only ones. Clark is under contract with the Austrian outfit for another three seasons but after playing Champions League football in his first campaign, was sent to the Championship in August. Speaking after being named the club's Young Player of the Season, Clark said: "Obviously, I've had the conversations with them (Derby). I've loved every minute of it here, working under the gaffer and playing under these fans with these players. "I've loved it, and I'd love to play for Derby again, but there are a lot of things happening in the process to do that."
