David Ozoh returns to Pride Park on a permanent five-year deal after the club paid an undisclosed fee to Crystal Palace. The 21-year-old midfielder is a familiar face, having made 47 appearances for Derby during a previous spell. His return provides a significant boost to the midfield options.
Eiran Cashin also makes a comeback, joining on loan from Brighton & Hove Albion. The 24-year-old defender started his career with Derby and made 144 appearances before his move to the Premier League side in January 2025. He spent last season on loan at Birmingham City and Blackburn Rovers, gaining valuable Championship experience.
Mohammed Fuseini arrives on a season-long loan from Belgian club Union Saint-Gilloise. The 24-year-old forward began his career at Ghana's Right to Dream academy before moving to Europe. He joined Union Saint-Gilloise from Sturm Graz in 2024 and had a loan stint at Danish side Randers.
The triple arrival addresses key areas for manager Paul Warne. Ozoh's energy and familiarity with the club should slot him straight into a midfield that has conceded seven goals so far.
